Relieve Neck Pain with These Simple At-Home Exercises

Here are three effective exercises to help ease neck tension and improve mobility:

  1. Neck Stretches:

    • Sit or stand upright.

    • Slowly tilt your head toward your shoulder (ear to shoulder) until you feel a gentle stretch.

    • Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch sides.

  2. Chin Tucks:

    • Sit or stand with good posture.

    • Gently tuck your chin in as if creating a "double chin."

    • Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.

  3. Shoulder Rolls:

    • Roll your shoulders backward in a circular motion.

    • Do 10 repetitions, then switch to rolling forward.
